An AI assistant that works in your team’s roles: 17 personas that read your data within your permissions, explain your numbers and prepare documents and entries — and nothing runs until you have seen and confirmed it.
From a request in your own words to finished work — with you in charge
The assistant proposes, the program checks, and you decide.
1
You ask in your own words
In Arabic or English, typed or spoken, choosing the persona that fits the request.
2
It reads and proposes a plan
It reads only what your permissions allow, then proposes clear steps with the reason for each.
3
You preview every step
The program checks each step first: amounts from its own engines, tax from your settings, permission from its guard.
4
You confirm, it runs and is logged
Nothing runs before you click; it goes through the same paths you use, and every step is logged.

Safety
An assistant that works on your books without bypassing their controls
Your permissions, nothing more
Each user sees only the personas whose screens they can open, and the assistant reads and writes only what they may.
Approval stays human
What the assistant saves stays pending approval, and it opens the approval window only on your explicit request.
Figures come from the program, not the model
Amounts, tax, ageing and forecasts are computed by the same engines that build the screens and entries.
Every step is logged
The plan and every executed or cancelled step are logged on the server, which checks the establishment’s limit before each run.
No execution by voice
Voice mode reads answers aloud and takes your questions; running anything still takes a click after the preview.
Your data is not used for training
Requests are processed by Anthropic under commercial terms that do not use data to train models, and your chats are yours alone.
Questions
About the AI assistant
How is it different from a general chatbot?
It works inside your program, on your own data and within your permissions, through professional roles that know each module. When it proposes work, it runs through the program’s own paths after you confirm: numbering, journal entry and approval cycle exactly as if you had entered it, with amounts from the program’s engines rather than the model’s estimate.
Can the assistant approve a document or post an entry?
No. Whatever it saves stays pending approval, and approval is the authorised person’s decision. It opens the approval window only when you explicitly ask and hold the approval permission.
Who sees each persona?
A persona appears to users who can open its module’s screens: the accountant for those with journals, invoices or vouchers, the medical coordinator for those with patient files or appointments, and so on. The business owner and CFO personas also appear to the system admin.
Who turns it on, and what does it cost?
The establishment admin turns it on for chosen users and sets each one’s daily question quota. Each enabled user carries a monthly subscription, the first enabled user is included, and nothing is charged during the free period. The price is on the pricing page.
Can I run it on my establishment’s own Anthropic key?
Yes. The establishment admin saves the key, tests it and turns it on; request costs are then billed to the establishment’s Anthropic account and do not count against the monthly assistant cap, with an optional fallback to the platform key if it fails. The key is write-only: no one can see it after it is saved. The enabled-user subscription stays the same.
Where are my questions processed, and are they used for training?
They are processed by Anthropic under commercial terms under which data is not used to train models, and only what the request needs — within your permissions — is sent. Your chats are visible to you alone under «My chats», and you can delete any of them.
Can I talk to it by voice?
Yes: dictate your question and it reads the answer aloud in Arabic or English, depending on the reply. Running anything is never done by voice — only with a click after the preview.
