Refund and cancellation policy

Scope

This policy applies to Arttop 360 subscriptions sold to establishments by Art Top Investment Company through arttop360.com.

Free period

Every new subscription starts with one free period of 14 days for the plan and add-ons the establishment chose, starting from the first sign-in to it or two days after it is created, whichever comes first. No card is required and nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund. When it ends, the invoice for the chosen subscription is issued and must be paid to keep working; the establishment is locked until payment and its data is kept. The free period is given once per establishment number; a number that has already had it is billed from day one.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions

• A subscription is paid in advance for the whole cycle, monthly or yearly, and the unused part of a cycle that has started is not refunded.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically. To cancel, simply do not renew: the subscription stays active until the end of the paid cycle and nothing is charged after it.
• Downgrading the plan or reducing seats takes effect from the next cycle.
• Seats added mid-cycle are charged pro rata for the days left in it: the seat’s cycle price × remaining days ÷ 30 for monthly or ÷ 360 for yearly, then at full price from the next cycle; this amount is not refunded.

Duplicate payments and technical errors

If you are charged twice, or charged without your subscription being activated because of a technical error, we refund the full amount to the same payment method within 14 business days of verifying it; your bank may take longer to show it on your statement.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email [email protected] or use the support button inside the program, stating the establishment’s name and code and the payment date and amount. Requests must come from the establishment’s administrator.

After a subscription ends

An establishment stays read-only for 30 days after its subscription ends, during which its administrator can download a full copy of its data; it then locks until renewal. Data is deleted only at the administrator’s request.

Tax

Published prices exclude value added tax. In Saudi Arabia, VAT at ⁦15%⁩ is added, and a tax invoice in the establishment’s name is issued for every payment.
